Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to generate and close new business opportunities for RLP’s integrated offering—our 3D printers, printing service, materials, and software platform. This individual will play a pivotal role in building trusted relationships with key prospects, understanding complex customer needs, and collaborating with technical teams to craft compelling solutions that drive adoption and revenue.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in target verticals
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and current customers
- Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to understand capabilities and align offerings to customer requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer demos
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and insights
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine sales messaging, positioning, and GTM strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, hardware, additive manufacturing, or deep tech.
- Proven ability to close complex technical sales and meet or exceed quota
- Experience selling capital equipment, materials, or technical services is a strong plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with cross-functional collaboration
